Subcontracts can be incredibly complex, especially for small to medium sized businesses involved in government procurement.  These agreements are a blend of government contract regulatory rules and commercial contracting principles.  Of special importance are the relationships subcontractors, at any tier in a government procurement, have with the government, the prime contractor, and all other subcontractors.  These relationships offer many unique and challenging problems that can affect whether or not a contract is profitable for the company.  The terms and conditions agreed to during contract formation, along with effective contract administration, will determine whether the contract arrangement will be successful and contribute towards the company’s bottom line.  While we currently concentrate our representation on small and medium-sized corporations, in the past we have represented many high-profile entities in their dealings with the Department of Defense, United States Postal Service, General Services Administration, Federal Aviation Administration, Lockheed Martin Corporation and many other major defense contractors.

Clients of the Busch Law Firm are provided a unique experience:  an attorney with an extensive legal background in representing high-profile clients, and the personalized attention commonly found only at smaller firms.  The strategic alliances we have established with other firms allow us to engage a team of experts in various areas of the law in order to find the right solution for all of your Government Contract issues.  We’ve worked in senior positions in large government contractors’ legal offices, large law firms, and the government and can anticipate their reactions to administrative issues and in a dispute.  Because of this, we believe we can be a real asset to small and medium sized businesses.
